Luminous. Life. Always.

Lu·mi·nous: Full of or shedding light, bright or shining, especially in the dark. Emitting light, especially emitting self-generated light. Intellectually brilliant. Clear, readily understood.

Hello beautiful,

I’m so glad you found your way here.

It saddens my heart that we are often not taught the emotional and social skills we need to survive in the sometimes harsh realities of our lives. So I created this practice, with the intention to be love and teach love. I’ve made it my mission, my life purpose, to help others find their inner strength and resiliency. I believe that everyone is capable of living their dreams when given the right tools and opportunities. As part of that mission, I will create and hold space with you. We will work together to identify what it is that you need to grow, blossom and feel unconditionally loved; so that you are empowered to live with divine purpose in the life you are creating for yourself now. There is a light at the end of your tunnel. It is stunning because it is you!

With all my love

EMDR can also be used to work on a broad range of issues such as low self-esteem and depression. While it can produce extraordinary results it is not for everyone.
